We are constantly processing orders in our warehouse, as a result once an order has been confirmed we cannot change any details on that specific order. We highly recommend that you check all information that you provide before placing an order.

You will indeed be able to track your order online, once an order has been confirmed you will receive an automated email containing the necessary information needed to track your order.
It is highly recommended that the account holder is there to sign for the parcel, however if they are not present then the parcel will be delivered to the address rather than the person so anyone there at the house at that time will be asked to sign to confirm delivery. If no one is present at the delivery address then the courier service will try to deliver your parcel to your neighbours and ask for them to provide a signature for the delivery.
To confirm if a parcel has been delivered please check your email with the necessary information needed for you to track your order, it will specify whether a parcel has arrived. If you have further difficulties please do not hesitate to contact us on info@frontpose.com
www.frontpose.com offers free deliveries on all UK mainland orders. Deliveries to other European or Oversea¬s destination are calculated by weight.
The Time scale for a UK order is determined when an order has been processed. After an order has been processed the time scale usually for UK mainland deliveries will be 1-2 working days. All other destination timescale is calculated by its geographically location.

The UK Distance Selling Regulation states that you have the right to cancel your contract within 7 working days of receiving your order. However we can not provide a refund on selected items (for hygiene purposes), if they are not concealed/opened in the original packaging.

Promotion
Yes, we do offer student discount on all of our purchases. In order to obtain our student discount code we would like for you to send a copy of your nus card and then we will issue you a student discount code that you can apply and use when ordering.
Once you are on the payment page you will find an area to input “voucher code” this will issue a discount depending on the amount that is specified for that code.
Two voucher codes cannot be used together. Please check the conditions of the voucher code as there are conditions applied to these.
