Frontpose LTD reserves the right to close any account(s) that we consider disruptive to any of our services in any way. Ordering

 

Customers will receive a confirmation email once they have completed placing an order. In doing so, a contract between Frontpose LTD and you is formed when the items you have ordered are dispatched. Customer reserves the right to cancel the order up until it is dispatched. Personalized items made in your order cannot be cancelled once you have received email confirmation of your order. Exceptions may apply (please see our returns policy below). Frontpose LTD may reserve the right to restrict the order quantities or certain items in one transaction, for security purposes. The status of an order can be viewed in the customers individual “My Account” section.

 

Pricing & Stock Availability

 

Frontpose LTD will always try to ensure that descriptions, details and prices are accurately displayed on the website, however errors may occur. If customers place an order and we discover there is an error in the price, Frontpose LTD will inform you via email offering the options of either reconfirming the order with the correct price, or the option of cancelling the order. If in this situation you have paid for the items, you will receive a full refund. If we cannot or are unable to contact you, the order will be treated as cancelled. All orders are subject to availability.

All prices are inclusive of VAT. Additional costs including delivery charges or any other will be clearly displayed where possible and included in the Total Cost of the order.

 

Promotional Codes

 

Frontpose LTD may offer account holders promotional codes entitling them to discounts; these codes may only be used by the account holder of which it was offered and to purchased through their own account.

 

Frontpose LTD may also offer differing discount codes which may apply to specific transactions and purchases made though this Website.

 

Payment

 

At the time of making the payment for your order our service provider Sagepay will carry out a standard pre-authorisation check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to complete the transaction. The items will not be dispatched until this pre-authorisation check has been completed. Your card will be debited once the order has been accepted.

 

If preferred you can also make payment with Paypal. Again the order will be complete once we have received payment.

 

Delivery

 

All deliveries to United Kingdom mainland is free. Additional charges may be incurred if your transaction is being delivered outside of United Kingdom mainland.

Returns and Replacements

 

Frontpose LTD has a return policy which allows customers to return purchased items within 8 working days of receipt, provided the item is in a new, unused condition and in its original packaging. Returned items not in this condition or is returned after the return period may not be credited to your account unless the item is damaged or faulty within its original packaging.

 

No refunds or exchanges can be given on personalized items made to your specification unless there is a manufacturing defect or the goods are not as ordered.

 

For hygiene purposes certain jewellery items and underwear cannot be returned if unwrapped from its original packaging.

 

Refunds or exchanges may not be given if an item has security seals which are broken by the customer.

 

Frontpose LTD reserves the right to inspect the returned item for damages/being faulty before deciding whether to offer a full refund.

 

Please note that Frontpose LTD will not reimburse the postage of return goods.

Frontpose LTD recommend that returned via insured and trackable service. Returned items still remain the property of the customer up until the item is returned safely at the address listed above. Frontpose LTD are not responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged during the return postage and shipment.
